The CNX Mentorship Academy was created to help students answer those questions and discover what's possible.

Through mentorship, career exploration, workplace experiences, leadership development, and industry connections, the Academy helps high school juniors and seniors gain the confidence, skills, and support they need to prepare for life after graduation.
